Welcome!

I am so excited to be sitting down and writing this sentence right now! 

I have toyed with the idea of starting a blog centered around health and fitness (and just my life in general!) and I've finally given in and created a space to let my thoughts and ideas out. 

I hope you'll continue to check back in, as I will be posting as often as I can (hopefully at least weekly) and that you'll be able to get to know me better!

For now, I just wanted to say welcome, and I hope you'll stick around! I'll see you in my next post. :)
